Mike Prendergast, Laura Nuttall & Ben Younis

Mike Prendergast, Laura Nuttall and Ben Younis have been selected to stand in Dukes Ward for the Conservatives at the local elections next May.

After 50 years serving the people of Southport, Councillor Sir Ron Watson CBE will be stepping down as a Dukes Ward Councillor next May. On behalf of everyone at Southport Conservatives we want to thank Sir Ron for his years of service and dedication and he’ll continue to represent local residents between now and May.

Mike, Laura and Ben will be working hard to stand up for Dukes Ward residents and businesses and deliver for the area.

Whilst next May might seem a long way off, with it being an all out election it presents a huge opportunity for local people to take back control of our town and put Southport first.
